Planning your morning routine can be one of the best things that you do for yourself!
You want to first get a really nice night of sleep if you are able to.
When you wake up you are going to want to have a breakfast before you get going. I usually read news articles while I eat to keep me up to date on what is happening around the world!
A quick tip I have is I try to get as much as I can ready before I even go to bed. This means I pick out my clothes for the day and have my gym bag ready.
So after I eat I will finish getting ready as in hair and make up and changing. And the next thing I do is go to the gym.
I will listen to music or podcasts on my way to the gym.
I love to have my workout done early in the morning as it provides we with a boost of energy for the first half of my day. Most people will still be waking up and be groggy when they get to the office because of poor time management. But I like to be early at work and hit the floor running.
So if you are someone who doesn’t do this already I challenge you to wake up earlier to try this out for at least a week!
